Isil.Zheha Hunt You Down Without Mercy, Hunt You Down all Nightmare Long! .x. The trees were looming overhead, eerie as they stretched above me, threatening me with their long limbs. They danced to the winds, which were silent. Rounded auds flickered as I moved quietly through the desolate, black lands. Slender tail slithered behind my rump as I moved in the quaint silence. I blinked slowly, head lifting slightly, a quick movement that made me stop, eyes unblinking. No scents. Nothing of interest, anyway. Pale yellowish-amber hues continued scanning ahead of me, pupils dilated, looking for the light that let me see in the dark more easily. I had crossed the span of the lake, a beautiful place that made me want to scream in rage. This forest was much more like it. I let my ears slide to the side as a twig snapped, though I did not look. I was confident in myself. If another decided the attack, I would love to see them get away unscathed. I trotted forth, one paw in front of the other, a graceful sway as I moved, body moving closer and closer to the ground as I caught a scent. A meaty scent. It caught my attention, and I slipped close to a tree, waiting for the winds to change. A flicker in the trees above, and I turned my face to the heavens, catching the outline of the owl. In the tree. Damn. I flicked my tail, claws already sliding out of my big paws.
.x. The owl's head strutted back and forth, round eyes seeming to glow in the moonlight as he looked for prey. He would not find prey around me. My familiar was not around, for he did not like the night. He was one for the day, so he was off somewhere in one of these trees, lazying about like he always did. I did not mind. My right shoulder was starting to get cramped from his claws. The owl had not yet moved, and I waited for him to look away before I let my behind situate itself, shifting back and forth as I set my hind legs, head not moving as I watched my prey. I wasn't worried about losing him. I was sure that I would get him. Silently I pushed myself up, launching upon the tree. I scrambled up, claws working easily as I slid up the tree to the branch. Thankfully he wasn't too far up. The owl fluttered, and skipped a couple spots, and as I was on the branch, just leaping to him, he was gone. I slashed claws up, and grazed a couple tail feathers, but he chattered away, into the night. I growled then, eyes flashing angrily. "Damn it!" I lashed my tail, eyes narrowed as I watched the avian fly off, meat and all, unscathed. I slammed my paw on the branch, and settled myself near the base, so I wasn't falling on my ass below.
.x. My ears were flat against my head, tail hanging down and lashing back and forth. If that falcon was here, I would have had me a small snack. But noooo. I shook my head, looking around me, waiting for some other brute to come out laughing at me. I would step on his face. Nobody came. It was just me, this tree, and the winds. As if it heard my thoughts, it came back up again, howling through the trees, ripping off some leaves. It screamed in my ears, and my 'lip' twitched. It died down a little, but picked back up again during its descent. It did not bother me, though it would get annoying, going on and on like that. "At peace, old hag," I growled softly, a murmur that was lost in the fading winds.

i X i A L L ,, Ixiall couldn't see the forest for the trees -- literally. They were everywhere, clustered so closely together that it almost seemed as if they were a single entity; a many-headed hydra of oak, birch and spruce, rearing up toward the black, empty sky. As Ix slipped around the tangled trunks, her gray-flecked pelt clinging morbidly to her bones and her lilac eyes flickering like summer lightning, she felt like part of the monster: wild, raw, lethal. Especially lethal. Woe to the beast that happened upon her in the knotted grove -- she was Ixiall, and she was out to hunt.
However, she was not the only one. The young leopard stiffened as a large bird -- a roosting raven? An owl? -- exploded out of a tree, chattering indignantly as it melted into the night. Its escape was followed by a gruff curse.
Ixiall paused, her hollow purple eyes narrowing ever so slightly. That was her prey. She could've feasted on that whateveritwas, but some braindead cat decided to scare it off with their incompetence. If Ix had been the fiery type, prone to explosions of rage, she would have confronted the faceless hunter; however, she wasn't, for experience had taught her that the world's response to such rash acts was a slap in the face. She settled for her usual coping device: brooding silence. "It's your fault, you know," a quiet voice rasped in the leopard's spotted ear as she turned around and slunk back into the gnarled, ancient patch of trees. Ix instantly recognized the voice of her familiar, the milky white spider who clung to her pelt. "If you had acted sooner, the owl could've been yours...you would have food. But, alas, we're a bit of a coward, aren't we?" The arachnid paused, waiting with quiet expectancy for his words to seep in. Ixiall ignored Spider (as she often did), settling down onto the soft, damp forest floor, her shallow eyes wide and expectant, her tail flicking back and forth in anticipation. She was a huntress, and she was waiting for her prey.

Isil.Zheha Hunt You Down Without Mercy, Hunt You Down all Nightmare Long! .x. Tail lashed back and forth, fluttering in the persistant winds. My ears flickered, the breeze softly kissing my auds. I slithered backward toward the tree trunk, moving in, away from the wind. So I could hear, not because I was cold. I flexed my claws, rump moving as I shifted my haunches. A rustling, soft, in the opposite direction of the winds. My eyes widened more, the shivering moon light spaced in the tree tops, painting my pelt white, my pupils widening as I willed myself to see what was there. I did not see anything, no, not yet. A fluttering of wings, soft, and blunt in my face. I blinked, the scent telling me whom it was. Then the winged bastard was floating down, and I saw pale orange-tan limbs raking forth. An outline then, as I followed those vicious talons. My familiar gave a screech, stopping just short of grabbing the larger outline. Or, rather, something on the outline. My eyes adjusted almost immediately, to the change in lighting. Eyes peered forth, the moonlight painting them at a paler amethyst color. I flicked my tail, still crouched against the tree. My familiar floated upward, seeing the great cat. Something was on the big cat, by her ear. It was not so important that I had to know what it was. I lashed my tail, growl forming in my chest. My eyes flashed with annoyance. How dare anyone try and sneak up on me. The falcon came back up, settling upon my shoulder. I growled at him, though I did not swat him away. 'Might help if you go down and see for yourself.' His voice, a deep grumble, in my mind.
.x. 'I did not think you would be of power enough to tell me what might or might not help, fowl." I did not speak out loud. The intentions of this unknown was as thought...unknown. 'I have a name, cat.' I shook my head. 'As do I. Don't get your feathers in a bunch.' My familiar's name was not one I cared to have in my memory. Oskar. Sure. I would call him Fowl. Oskar's wings ruffled, and I leaped down as gracefully as my large body would allow. I felt talons digging in, not enough to break skin, but enough to bruise. I swiped at Oskar with a paw, and a growl, and began to move around the form, eyes so wide and tail so lashing. I began to move around her, eyes considering, narrowed in suspicion. Why was she slinking around? She was spotted, a silvery coat beneath all those splottered spots. I smirked, baring some fang, not caring that I did. My ears slid to the side, and I sized her up. Yes, I knew it was a she. The graceful curve of her body, the way she stayed so close to the ground with those oh so round eyes. "So, the bitch has decided to come and play in the trees." I lashed my tail, Oskar coming back to my shoulder, eyes staring at the two. Yes, I knew it was two. Her familiar was there somewhere, whatever it was. Whatever.
.x. I did not smirk a second time, but I tightened the circle, Oskar giving a screech beside me. I did not even flinch. I was used to it. "Tell me, she-leopard." I moved in closer, lashing my whip behind my rump. "What necessity makes you desire to cling to the ground, slinking like a slithery, coniving little snake?" I lifted a brow, deep, smooth baritones echoing in this small clearing. I walked, eyes unblinking as I eyed her, awaiting her response almost impatiently. No...I was not a very patient brute. I hope she grasps that sooner than later.

i X i A L L ,,
Ixiall's breath rasped in her ash-spotted ears as she crouched quietly in the tangled mass of trees. Honestly, she was no longer sure whether she was stalking a meal or being stalked herself. She had seen or heard nothing that suggested the other cat had left, which frightened her -- most enemies tended to make themselves known somehow, unless, of course, they were aiming to kill. The leopard's amethyst eyes flickered with paranoia at the thought; she was acutely aware of the moonlight that splashed her pelt, making her pale fur gleam more brightly than snow in the darkness, and of the reeking fear-scent that rolled off of her in waves. She might as well prepare her last words.
A subtle rustling noise caught her attention, and Ix glanced up, struggling to strangle a snarl of surprise as a large bird swooped right over her head, close enough to graze her muzzle with its outstretched talons. "It's a familiar," Spider murmured. "My, you really are doomed, aren't you? Somebody's sending their familiar down to scout for you....tsk, tsk. You'll be dead within the hour. Look, here comes your executioner now," the pale arachnid added, a note of morbid amusement intertwined with his words.
"So, the bitch has decided to come and play in the trees."
When Ixiall caught sight of her adversary, she should have been terrified. He was a huge, angry brute; his pelt, which was as fiery as his rage, rippled with muscle, and the scars that criss-crossed his fur showed that he wasn't afraid to use it. However, he had one crucial flaw: he was male. Ix was a female, a young female at that, who knew her way around his kind -- it was how she made her livelihood. Thus, even though her heart was fluttering in her chest like a trapped bird and her instincts screamed at her to run, climb, do something, she was calm. Well, calmer than she usually was, at least...though that wasn't saying much.
"What necessity makes you desire to cling to the ground, slinking like a slithery, coniving little snake?"
The tiger was circling her now, his daemon perched smugly on his striped shoulder, their two pairs of eyes searing her spotted pelt. "I'm just a little hungry," Ixiall purred, her voice smooth and silky even though she lacked the courage to look her enemy in the eye -- her gaze was trained on the ground, as if the thick blanket of leaves that lay under her paws held the solution to her predicament and all she had to do was look hard enough. "I wasn't aware that hunting in these woods was an issue, your highness." There was no sarcasm in Ix's voice; she was tempting him, baiting the tiger with her naivety. She allowed her gaze to flicker up toward the pacing brute, her amethyst eyes swimming with barely-veiled lust. So what if he was huge and brutal and had her trapped? He was also very, very handsome, and she hadn't had a client in such a long time....
Isn't it funny how things like that just tend to work out?
o o c ,, WHOOT, let's get this party started! >:D

Isil.Zheha Hunt You Down Without Mercy, Hunt You Down all Nightmare Long! .x. Spotted pelt danced under the moonlight as I moved, the light playing tricks on her silvery pelt, black spots spilled all over. She was ashen, with sullen spots sprinkled to and fro about her slender, small frame. Her amethyst hues watched me, calm, collect. Her heart betrayed her. Normally, there would be too much noise, too much that would obstruct my hearing of such things. However, it was silent. The winds had settled, surprisingly. I flicked my tail, a grumble low in my chest, Oskar ruffling his feathers on my shoulder. His eyes mimicked my temperment. Devious, cunning, and knowing what I wanted. Taunting me. I could see it in her eyes. 'She's trying to play you, man!' I growled, more at the femme than at Oskar. Yeah, his name is Oskar. So what? He was a fowl to me. I was watching her, circling her indefinitely. She then began to speak, still crouched to the ground. I could taste her pulse on my throat, her muscles flexing along the legs. Slightly, ever so slightly. I barely saw it, but I knew it for what it was; hesitation. I smirked, a baring of blood stained teeth. Whiskers twitched, and rounded auds flickered. 'I'm just a little hungry,' she began to purr. I flicked my tail again, more in annoyance. She was seriously trying to play me! How...quaint.
.x. "Hungry for what?" The circle tightened as my deep, smooth vocals allowed themselves to echo in the trees. She wasn't even looking at me. Oskar gave a small cry upon my shoulder, glaring at the spider. Spider...interesting familiar. I did not give the thought but a simple flicker of my eyes to the creature in question. I turned my gaze back to the leopard. "The look in your eyes is telling me of something other than meat." I gave a low chuckle, running my tail along her flank. No, I would not be played. Or, perhaps, I would let myself be played, and get what I want out of it. Hell, I don't know if I'll even tell her my name! The thought made my piercing orbs flash with anticipation. I was pretty adament on what I got, and right now, what I wanted would not be said aloud. I usually got what I wanted, consensual or no. I completed another circle, moving in closer and closer. "Am I right, or am I wrong?" Oskar clucked beside me, laughing in my mind. Perverted little fowl. 'I heard that, pussy cat.' I lashed my tail.
.x. 'And?' He was always trying to be intimidating. It was so pathetic. Purple hues flickered to me, and I saw the want there. I lifted a brow. Interesting, indeed! 'I wasn't aware that hunting in these woods was an issue, your highness.' My eyes flashed. There was no sarcasm to kiss my ears in darkness, to make the cold murder seep into my eyes. No, not this time. However, she was feigning something, and that irked me to no end. I laughed. Yes, I laughed. Oskar fluttered and took flight as my shoulders moved with the emotion. I was still moving, slower as I laughed at the femme. "Your highness." The the smirk was gone, and my eyes went flat, dead. Black, and wicked. Many adjectives would fit such a look. I moved in closer, snarling, a roar building in my chest and trickling out of my maw. I moved until I was standing before her, eyes glaring down at her where she still was crouching silently. "Are you attempting to make a mockery of me, bitch?" I growled the words, Oskar shrieking in a tree above us.

This worked out well, Ixiall thought, the ghost of a smile -- or was it a smirk? -- flickering across her muzzle. I guess this bad boy is just as love-starved as every other male we encounter. I won't even need to tell him my name! Spider said nothing; his only response was to scuttle out of Ix's ear and down her back, where he clung quietly to her fur, his eight milky eyes fixed on the tiger's daemon.
"Hungry for what?"
Ixiall glanced up as her captor's voice, deep and silky, rumbled in her ear. Her lilac eyes met the brute's smoldering amber ones, and this time she did not look away -- the tiger's lustful gaze drew her in like a magnet. "I think you already know," she replied simply, her whiskers twitching with anticipation as her quarry tightened the ring he was pacing around her. His banded tail brushed lightly against her flank and she snarled with pleasure, the aching want in her eyes overpowering any feelings of fear that remained.
"Am I right, or am I wrong?"
"You're right," she gasped desperately, her wide eyes never leaving her suitor as he continued to circle her like a hawk preparing to dive. Ixiall paused, her ears flattening warily as the mood shifted -- just seconds before the tiger's eyes had been dripping with lust, and now they were cold and empty, like two chips of flint. There was no other way to describe them; they were wicked.
"Are you attempting to make a mockery of me, bitch?"
"Am I?" the leopard snarled, leaping to her paws and glaring into the face of her tormentor. She wanted him, and she wanted him now. There would be no more games.

Isil.Zheha Hunt You Down Without Mercy, Hunt You Down all Nightmare Long! .x. Yeah, she could play me all she wanted. I would let her. To hell with it, I say. Reap the benefits of it. Why not? I flicked my ears, eyes cold and murderous, piercing into the femme. I saw nothing but desire in those lilac hues. Nothing but raw need. Sure, might as well jump this one's bones. What could it hurt? I smirked. I was still circling her, homicidal tendencies gone. Oskar took flight. I felt him more than saw him spread those vast wings and take to the sky. He was circling, though night was not his strong suit. 'Damn. Too dark up here.' I shook my head. He tended to talk to himself in my mind all the time. I ignored it, for the most part. A scuttle, from her ear, down her back. Oskar caught to movement, I felt him sink closer, though it was another's familiar. He would not attack unless there was reason to. I flicked my tail, watching this femme. She was smaller than I, so it might be awkward. Leave it up to me to make it right again. Lip twitched as she began to speak, simple words floating in a monotone voice from those lips. 'I think you already know,' I lifted a brow. I wanted her to tell me. "What do you think I already know, leopard?" I was still circling her, a small, arrogant circle. Didn't matter. I don't think she would be leaving anytime soon.
.x. She had snarled slightly, and I flicked my ears. shoulders tensing lightly. No, it was not a snarl at me, as in threatening. It was merely habit. I watched her, the crooning note in her snarl. The one that showed me slight temptation. It almost made me just leap on her right then and get it over with. Almost. However, I was better at control than many other brutes. We both had each other here, why play games? Because I was good at them. I grinned at her as her round eyes widened. Her vocals came out slightly gasping. 'You're right,' she was saying, and it did not please nore displease me to hear it. It was just hanging in the balance. The little femme then became wary. Her ears flattened, and she watched me. Interesting. I could transition from one emotion to another just like snap! that. Bipolar, much? Well, this leopard proved she could do the same. She was also proving to be a valiant little one.
.x. 'Am I?' she snarled. She leaped to her dainty paws, and my claws came out, gripping the ground. I wanted these curved daggers to sink into that ashen, silvery fur. Oskar shrieked, mirroring my thoughts. However, until I acted upon them, he would remain idle. He swooped down, over the leopard's cranium, perching upon a tree above me. She was snarling, her eyes flashing, purple flames in the midst of the silver darkness. I stepped into her, chest pressed against her harshly. Nothing to hurt, just a slight bump. "Such a feisty little bitch, aren't you." Wasn't too much of a question. I pushed against her, side rubbing down her own as I swung around her body, dancing around her, my tail slithering across her back. "However, only you have the answer to the question." I moved back to her front, eyes burning with my own wicked flame. "Perhaps you may be able to...remedy...my boredom?" I lifted a brow, a slight rumble trickling from my chest.

"What do you think I already know, leopard?"
Ixiall's amethyst eyes hardened slightly, betraying her annoyance. This was her game -- she was toying with the tiger, not vice versa. Honestly, if she had wanted to be dominated she could have combed the back alleys and serviced any number of the ragged, pathetic males that lurked there (as she often did). Still, the tiger was her captor, and perhaps being his slave wouldn't be so bad after all...ooh, think of the things he could do to her...
"I think that you know..." the snow leopard took a step forward, gliding closer to her ebony-streaked prize. "...that I want you. I need you. I want you to dominate me, control me...I want to be your fantasy." Ix let her words dangle temptingly in the calm night air, waiting for her captor to respond. She was walking on eggshells now; she had seen what an ill-worded remark could do, and she feared the brute's fury, although she wouldn't admit it to herself.
Ixiall smiled thinly as the tiger stepped forward, his fiery fur contrasting sharply with her pale, ethereal pelt. See, Spider? This is how you play the game, she thought smugly, hoping her arrogant tone would elicit a response from the touchy little creature. Ah, you and your rigid principals...who's high and mighty now? So what if you have morals? I'm about this close to getting -- Ix's rant was cut off as the tiger began to caress her body, causing a deep purr to spill from her muzzle.
"Perhaps you may be able to...remedy...my boredom?"
"I thought you would never ask." o o c ,, This might be my last post for a few days. D:
