»KADENCE 'Music speaks what cannot be expressed, soothes the mind and gives it rest, heals the heart and makes it whole, flows from heaven to the soul.'
Username: Cedar Other characters: None Other?: Hai c:
Gender: Female Age: Four years Species: Snow Leopard Sexuality: Bi-Sexual Element: Water Familar: Her songbird is Kadence's Familar. Just a silver and cream colored bird, which blends easily into her fur. She's named her Familar Shira, which in itself, means 'song'. Her Familar sings to her when she is in a particularly bad state, soothing her, and keeps her calm in stressful situations. Alliance: Living Rank: Noble {If not, Court Lady. Hurr, that's a step down, but it's a second option.}
Appearance:
A lovely face is seen on this female snow leopard. Large, rounded ears swivel all directions to help her when she needs to hear. The backs of her ears are a black-gray color, which then blends into the back and top of her head. The top of her head is covered thickly with black spots, hardly any of the creamy tan fur seen beneath the blanket of black spots and splashes of color. Smaller, more spread out spots can be seen on her cheeks, growing smaller as the spots move toward her maw. Kadence's chin is a bright, snowy white color, and the edges around her lips are a deep black color. Her nose is a very dark liver color, bordered by a thick black line. The bridge of her nose is wide and large, and light gray fur is seen moving upward and continuing on until it moves between her eyes, where more spots begin to show.
Kadence's eyes are beautiful. A wonderful blue-green color shines deeply, day or night, bordered by a thick, black line. Her pupil is perfectly rounded and black, and her eyes are spaced somewhat widely across the bridge of her nose. These eyes are treasures to the female, and she loves to get compliments about them. They are very unusual, and does not know how she got them, seeing as her mother and her father both had silvery-gray colored irises. They're sort of like the color of a crystal clear ocean, where the water is shallow, and the sun shines on it just a certain way. Her eyes have a piercing, cool look to them, but they contain gentle emotions. Always glassy and bright, they stand out in normal conditions.
Large muscles and thick fur are major parts of Kadence's body structure. Her fur has a soft and downy look to it, and when you touch it, your hopes aren't drowned. Her fur feels thick and soft to the touch, only some areas feeling rough and somewhat greasy. The female has long legs and absolutely massive paws, with thick and worn pads, which are needed for climbing and running. A dirty cream, almost tan looking fur coats the majority of her body, with black and gray spots working their way around, placing themselves everywhere around her body. Her chest is sparsely covered with spots, but her from legs are covered with thick spots, both big and small. Her front paws are dotted with smaller black spots, and the main color of her paws are a gray color.
One sentence: A muscular, creamy snow leopard with stunning blue-green eyes.
Scars, or deformitys?: None.
Personality:
Kadence enjoys the quiet life, laying low, and not getting into much trouble. She's a friendly soul when spoken to, but she doesn't believe that interrupting conversations just to be noticed, flies the right way. She always speaks when addressed to, and never stands down from a fight. She has a quiet personality, sure, but she can be quite stubborn when brought upon, and she can become quite unfriendly sometimes. She tries to keep a positive attitude and always stands up for her friends and her loved ones, trying hard to never be afraid of anything that stands in her way. When she walks, she walks with an air of importance around her, and sometimes that emotion changes, depending on what she's feeling. She always, and I repeat, always walks with her head held high, no matter what, apart from when she's alone.
The girl has a very thoughtful mind. She can be found alone for hours, just thinking, sitting quietly around herself. She enjoys the presence of other cats and animals, but Kadence really enjoys her alone time. Sometimes the female sits there thinking about anything, not something in particular. You can always tell her emotions when she's thinking, her facial expressions changing from one emotion to the next, whether she's thinking about something happy one moment, and it flickers to a sad memory, you can easily tell what's going on by the look in her eyes and the look on her face.
Kadence really enjoys the adrenaline rush during a big hunt. She enjoys the challenge of catching something and feels proud when she arrives back to everyone with a large piece of prey in her jaws. Although the snow leopard looks quite big and burly, she runs quite fast, allowing her large paws to carry her somewhere far and carry her quickly. When she has some sort of animal in her mouth, she tends to carry herself in a very proud and charismatic way, head held even higher, moving somewhat slower. She doesn't like to brag, she merely likes to feel proud. Or so she says.

Her large paws carried her farther and farther away from the actual kingdom toward the red meadow. The female leopards face was filled with joy as one after the other, each paw scraped the ground with a new found delight, like she was trying to get there, but at the same time, she was trying not to go so fast as she missed the scenery that passed her by. Although she went this same way so many times, she could never get enough of the trees and flowers that surrounded her, and although the air was warm, for once she didn't mind the heat of the sun. She loved going hunting and she loved the smell of the flowers and the grasses. Her paws grew lighter as she saw the meadow stretching before her, and she began to dance lightly toward the beautiful flowers. Her long, thick tail waved in the air as thoughts prodded through her mind. Would she go hunting? She didn't feel quite like killing something at the moment, she just wanted to enjoy the area and the beautiful day.
Sitting under a shady tree, the female noticed clouds beginning to gather in the sky, starting out fluffy, clean, and white, but soon turning dark and metallic looking. Knowing rain was on its way, Kadence hopped to her paws and began jogging lightly through the meadow, but she knew the storm would beat her. She didn't mind, actually. The thought of a good thunderstorm made her paws itch to stay outside. But what would the others say when she noticed her sodden pelt? Storms in the Summer normally didn't last quite long, and they came quickly, but still, she knew, and everyone else knew that she was smarter than that, knowing that when clouds gathered and the air smelled thickly of moisture, that they should head back to the Kingdom. But, a lot of the cats around the Kingdom knew that she loved rain, so slowing her step, the female walked slowly toward the Kingdom, allowing the big drips fall gently on her thick fur. Suddenly, the downpour finally came from the heavens, bringing with it both big and small, gentle and fierce drops of moisture from the massive thunderheads that towered over the body of the female snow leopard.
Kadence sighed happily. She loved summer days such as this. She continued walking, picking up her pace somewhat, but her eyes bright as she padded through the already muddy ground. Finally, the female reached the entrance to the Kingdom and the smile stayed right on her face as she wandered inside the castle, her wet paws leaving marks on the cool, cobbled floor. She didn't mind though, still feeling excited from the rain that poured from the skies. Sitting near the gleaming fountain, she pricked her rounded ears to hear the rain falling as she bent her head to allow her large tongue to swipe over her wet and sparkling coat, clearing off the rainrops and drying her off.
It was good to get away sometimes.
